What you pay, and what you keep

Keep the whole win

A percentage model takes more the better it does for you. A flat price doesn’t. Here is one month with 20 disputes at an $80 average order and half of them won.

You keep $121 more that month.

Every record, gathered for you

The moment a dispute opens, ChargePute pulls what the bank needs from your store, your payments and your carrier.

Every dispute, with its deadline

Shopify tells ChargePute the moment a dispute opens. It lands in your inbox, sorted by time left.

Payment checks, read for you

Address and security-code results and the buyer’s IP, straight from the Shopify Payments transaction.

Proof it arrived

Tracking events from the fulfillment, checked with the carrier for the delivery time and signature.

The customer’s history

Earlier orders on the same card and address. A buyer who paid four times and disputed once is worth showing.

Your policies, quoted

The refund and shipping policies from your store, with the sentence that answers this dispute picked out.

A reminder before it’s late

An email when a dispute opens and another three days before the deadline, if the evidence isn’t saved to Shopify yet.

Matched to why they disputed

Each reason is won with different evidence. ChargePute works through the right list and tells you what is missing.

What the bank wants to see

  • Address and security-code checks that matched
  • The buyer’s IP location against the billing address
  • Delivery to the billing address, ideally signed
  • Earlier orders on the same card that weren’t disputed
  • Any message where the buyer mentions the order

ChargePute fills in what your store’s records hold and marks what you still need to add.

Nothing filed without you

ChargePute does the work. You stay the one who decides what the bank sees.

  1. 1

    A dispute opens in Shopify.

ChargePute picks it up within minutes, gathers the records and drafts the case.

  2. 2

Then you read it and add what you know.

Change any sentence, attach customer chats or photos. The checklist shows what is still missing.

  3. 3

Last, you submit it in Shopify.

ChargePute fills Shopify’s evidence fields and uploads the files. You press Submit in your Shopify admin.

AI writes the sentences. Never the facts.

Everything that decides your case runs on fixed rules over your store’s records. A language model has one job: putting those records into words.

  • Fixed rules

    No AI

    • Collecting the order, payment checks, tracking and policies
    • The checklist for each dispute reason
    • What is missing, and the case strength
    • Deadlines and reminder emails
    • What gets saved to Shopify
  • A language model

    Wording only

    • Turns the collected records into a letter, and nothing else
    • Every sentence points to the record it came from. A sentence with no record behind it is left out
  • You

    Final say

    • Read every line, change any of it, and press Submit in Shopify

Questions

Something else on your mind? Email us at orkardev@gmail.com.

Which disputes does it handle?

Chargebacks and inquiries on Shopify Payments. PayPal and other payment providers are not supported yet.

Does ChargePute submit evidence for me?

No. It fills in Shopify’s evidence fields and uploads the files, then gives you a link to the dispute in your Shopify admin. You press Submit. Nothing is filed without you.

Which dispute reasons have a playbook?

Fraudulent, Product not received and Not as described each have their own checklist. Every other reason gets a general checklist you can complete by hand.

Does ChargePute use AI?

Only to write the rebuttal letter. Collecting evidence, the checklists, the case strength and the deadlines run on fixed rules. The model works only from the records ChargePute collected, and you can change every sentence before anything reaches Shopify.

Could the draft say something untrue?

The draft is written only from records ChargePute collected, and every sentence is numbered to the record it came from. If a record is missing, the sentence is left out and the checklist tells you.

What data does it read?

Orders, customers, fulfillments, disputes and your store policies, through Shopify’s API. It never sees card numbers, because Shopify does not share them.

How soon is a pack ready?

Usually within ten minutes of Shopify opening the dispute. Tracking from slower carriers can take a little longer.

Can it guarantee I win?

No one can; the card issuer decides. ChargePute has the evidence the issuer asks for ready before the deadline, and you send it.

How do I pay?

Through your Shopify bill, after a 14-day free trial: Starter is $29 a month for up to 10 disputes, Growth is $79 a month with no cap. No setup fee, no per-dispute fee and no share of what you win back.

What if I go over 10 disputes on Starter?

Every dispute still shows up in your inbox with its deadline. To get evidence packs for the extra ones, move to Growth from inside the app.

What happens if I uninstall?

Billing stops at once. Shopify asks us to delete your store’s data 48 hours later, and we do.

Be ready for the next one.

Your next chargeback already has a deadline. Have the evidence waiting for it.
